This Privacy Policy explains how Stay Brisk(“Stay Brisk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit https://www.staybrisk.com, use the Brisk application at https://app.staybrisk.com, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details: name, email address, password, and profile information you choose to add.
- Business and billing details: company name, address, tax identifiers, payment method details, and subscription information when you upgrade to a paid plan.
- Client and invoice data: client names, contact details, invoice contents, payment instructions, attachments, and related business records you enter into Brisk.
- Communications: messages you send to us, including support requests and feedback.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, clicks, timestamps, and similar activity within the Service.
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and diagnostic logs used for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookie and analytics data: information collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described below.
Information from third parties
If you connect third-party services (for example, Stripe for card payments), we may receive information from those providers such as payment status, transaction identifiers, and limited account details needed to operate the integration.
